Vernissage ab Einbruch der Dunkelheit,
Finissage irgendwann am 02. Juli sehr früh!
In seiner ersten Einzelausstellung kehrt 5W32A zurück zu den Ursprüngen seiner künstlerischen Arbeit, der Beschäftigung mit abstrahieren Schriftzeichen.
Im Unterschied zum Beginn seiner Schaffensphase ist das Ziel nicht extra großflächig zu arbeiten sondern konträr dazu, so klein wie möglich.
Die Dimension der Arbeiten wird durch die Dekonstruktion von Orientierungspunkten aufgelöst und gibt so Einblicke in inflationäre Universen.
Der Betrachter hat die Möglichkeit seine Wahrnehmung der Größe der Dinge zu verändern und kann sich in Supersymmetrie verlieren.
Diese Supersymmetrie zieht sich wie ein roter Faden durch 5W32As Arbeiten und visualisiert den ewigen Loop des Lebens.

In his first solo exhibition 5W32As returns to the origins of his artistic work, the study of abstract characters, the „Styles“.
Unlike the beginning of his creative work, the goal is not to work as large as possible but contrary to that, as small as possible.
The dimension of his work is terminated by the destruction of the points of reference, and gives a insight look into inflationary universes.
The viewer has the opportunity to forget his idea of the size of things and can get lost in supersymmetry.
This supersymmetry runs like a thread through the work of 5W32A and visualizes the eternal loop of life.

“Es ist natürlich ein großes Missverständnis, das heutzutage alles, aber auch wirklich alles, was elektronisch klingt und einigermaßen repetetiv strukturiert ist, als „Electro“ verkauft wird. Dabei weiß doch jedes Kind, dass diese Anfang der 80er geborene Musikrichtung aus der Verschmelzung von Kraftwerks Klangästhetik und dem Funk amerikanischer HipHopper entstanden ist. Zwar war Electro, wie jede lebendige Kultur, immer landes- und zeittypischen Veränderungen unterworfen und klang in Rimini anders als in Detroit. Mal war er apokalyptisch, politisch, oft pornografisch und zeitweise extrem poppig. Man konnte sich aber immer auf ein paar Elemente verlassen: Vocoder, Science-Fiction-Elemente und ein gebrochener Beat. Unsere Party „Leisure System“ zeigt heute Abend gleich drei Generationen des Genres: den Westcoast-Innovatoren Egyptian Lover, den ewigen Spaßvogel DMX Crew sowie Maschinedrum, der mit seinen Platten auf Merck und n5MD eher in Richtung Prefuse73 geht. Mit gebrochenen Beats arbeitet ja auch der Weltenbummler Matias Aguayo des öfteren, der heute in der Panorama Bar eines seiner absolut sehens- wie hörenswerten Live-Sets spielen wird.”

Un graffito è per sempre
Il writer berlinese Sweza torna in città e con il codice per i videotelefonini fa riemergere le sue opere dal passato
Sono comparsi tra sabato e domenica in vari punti della città: fogli quadrati con dei puntini neri che se non sono stati rimossi dalla mano solerte di qualche volontario (ne girano parecchi in questi giorni) fanno poca fatica a confondersi tra i tanti volantini che offrono camere in affitto. Ma quelli non sono volantini. Sono speciali “porte del tempo” che consentono di tornare indietro negli anni e vedere i graffiti che non ci sono più.
L´unico strumento necessario a fare il salto in questa specie di Stargate è un cellulare con fotocamera: basta puntarlo verso la sagoma, scattare una foto ed ecco apparire sullo schermo il disegno che fu. L´autore è Sweza, quotato artista berlinese che ha studiato a Bologna tra il 2002 e il 2003 come Erasmus e che in questi giorni, viaggiando in Italia per vacanza, non ha potuto fare a meno di ripassare nella città che ha amato e dove ha lavorato entrando nel gruppo dei «grandissimi», come li chiama lui: Blu ed Ericailcane. Come? Tornando nei luoghi dove aveva lasciato la sua impronta e lasciandone una nuova, un codice QR, una specie di codice a barre formato da quadrati e punti che viene letto dai cellulari dopo aver scaricato un programma gratuito da Internet.
«È la cosiddetta “realtà aumentata” che mi consente di collegare un luogo fisico col web e fare un viaggio nel tempo», spiega. E tra sabato e domenica scorsi ha lasciato il suo segno nella zona universitaria sui muri dove sette anni fa comparve il suo personaggio più famoso, Sweman, una specie di Blues Brothers ritratto negli atteggiamenti più disparati. «È solo un alcolizzato», lo definisce oggi Sweza, ma che gode di una certa fama sui siti di street art o sui blog degli appassionati (a partire dal suo: sweza.com).
